2. IT Network Site Survey & Asset Tagging

Pars can provide a full school network health-check in order to identify problematic areas, enhance network performance and pro-actively resolve future issues as well as providing an asset tagging facility.

3. Telephone Helpdesk Support
|
Available Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, answered by UK based Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE) to ensure wherever possible we can provide a solution at first point of contact. Pars aim to answer these calls within 3 rings and in 97% of cases the engineers have resolved the issue without putting the caller on hold on transferring the call.

4. Remote Management of IT Infrastructure
|
MSCE engineers are able to dial in remotely to the school network and administer support to resolve issues; this can also be viewed live by school staff and explained over the phone to aid understanding and increase knowledge for future use.

5. On-Line Support
|
On-line support will give the school password protected access to the school’s network assets, historical and on-going support issues, IT tutorials as well as a forum for discussion with MCSE engineers and other schools, in addition to providing the latest Virus alerts and patch downloads.

6. Priority Call Out
|
Pars will provide MCSE engineers to visit the school site to rectify any IT issues, once a report is reported before 2pm Pars will do our utmost to guarantee an engineer will be on-site the next business day.

Pars will provide on-site engineers to not only resolve issues but also work on a proactive basis to pre-empt issues i.e. Network maintenance, installation of hardware and IT training. These days can be taken up on a modular scheme and can be used for any of the modules outlined per annum:

8. Projector Maintenance Day
|
Projector maintenance days are designed to increase the lifespan of the school’s projectors and therefore save money. Pars engineers will undertake a range of tasks including cleaning air filters, replacing bulbs, realignment and new installations where required.

Pars can provide a delivery to desk option including removal of all packaging or even take this one step further by connecting systems to the school network.

As a result of the Government led initiative regarding electrical waste, Pars are now able to offer a full disposal of old hardware, the removal of data is carried out to the Department of Defence standard protocols and all equipment is re-cycled to charities and 3rd World projects.
